Returns & Exchanges
At MyKey Premium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging and include the provided packing slip.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
